In today’s dynamic business environment, it is mandatory to have manufacturing capacity to be operating in full and with maximum throughput. This calls for proactive maintenance procedures, which include condition based monitoring techniques, which are based on reliability-centered maintenance. Diligent usage of condition monitoring techniques does away with most standard preventive maintenance activities and concentrates on continuously monitoring key operational parameters. This leads to higher equipment availability and subsequently throughput.
- The objective of this seminar is to create awareness about the role of reliability centered and condition based maintenance in increasing the equipment availability and effectiveness.
- This program is aimed at bringing the best of classroom theory and the shop floor realities on a common platform for the benefit of the participants
